Build the Dream
Help Give Hope an Address.
Titan's Dreams has a vision for a sanctuary where dogs can heal with dignity and where compassion creates a lasting impact in the community. The vision is ready for its first major step: a place to call home.
Give to Build the DreamSee the vision. Hear the story. Help us build it.

Every dream needs a place to begin.
We can design the cottages. We can envision the chapel, memorial garden, walking trails and play spaces. We can build policies, programs and partnerships. But before any of those physical spaces can become real, Titan's Dreams needs land.
We are actively pursuing a property opportunity that could help make the first phase of the sanctuary possible. Because real estate opportunities are time-sensitive, land acquisition is our number-one fundraising priority.
If the property currently under consideration becomes unavailable, funds designated for land acquisition will continue to support the acquisition of suitable property for Titan's Dreams, consistent with the organization's governing policies and donor restrictions.
Phase One — Secure the land
Our public milestone is $300,000 toward land acquisition. This is not the cost of completing the entire sanctuary. It is the first major milestone in a phased plan: secure suitable land, then move forward responsibly with development as funding and approvals allow.
Our first major campaign milestone is raising the funds needed to secure suitable land for Titan's Dreams. Follow our progress and become part of the foundation on which the sanctuary will be built.
Give to Build the DreamHow this becomes real.
Titan's Dreams is building in phases, on purpose. Each step depends on funding, approvals and responsible stewardship — so we move forward only as those pieces come together.
- 1Phase 1 — Now
Secure suitable land
Raise the funds needed to acquire property that fits the sanctuary's needs. This is our single active fundraising priority.
- 2Phase 2 — Next
Planning, approvals & infrastructure
Site planning, permitting, zoning and essential infrastructure work — the unglamorous groundwork that makes safe, lawful, lasting facilities possible.
- 3Phase 3 — Then
Initial sanctuary development
Begin developing the first phase of the campus and expanding programs as funding and approvals allow, starting with what serves dogs most directly.
- 4Phase 4 — Future
Growth as funding allows
Additional cottages, community spaces and the dream expansion areas shown in the master plan — pursued only as resources make them responsible.
Phases beyond land acquisition are conceptual and will be shaped by funding, permitting and the guidance of our board and advisors.
Imagine what can grow from one piece of land.
A glimpse of what this plan is working toward. The full vision — every space and why it exists — lives on The Sanctuary.

Hope House
A closer look at one cottage — porch, private yard, and a home-like space rather than a kennel run.

Canine Chapel & Rainbow Bridge Memorial Garden
Peaceful spaces for reflection, remembrance, and the bond between people and dogs, anchored by the Hope Tree.
Become part of the foundation.
Some will give $25. Some will give $100. Some will pray, share the story, or introduce us to the person who opens the next door. This foundation is built by many people doing what they can — and no part of it is small.
Make a giftHelp Build Something That Outlives Us
A sanctuary is a long-term promise. Building one responsibly takes partners who think in decades — people and organizations willing to help lay a foundation that will still be serving dogs and the community long after all of us.
